Payment of Fees

Payment of fees including letter or offer, tuition fees and other administrative fees.

Important payment instructions for accepting your offer to study at Sydney Institute of Higher Education


Credit Card Payments (in person only)

  • Please note that credit card payments can only be made in person by onshore students.
  • Please visit our campus and see our reception staff to make a credit card payment in person.
  • We accept Mastercard and Visa.

Using Flywire to make payments

  • Sydney Institute of Higher Education has partnered with Flywire to provide an easy and secure method of sending payments.
  • Students and payers are able to track their payments from start to finish, save on bank fees and exchange rates.
  • Flywire also offers around-the-clock multilingual customer support via live chat, phone, and email. To learn more, go to flywire.com/support.

Commencing Students (for a new student accepting an offer)

  • You are required to pay the Total Initial Fees and Charges Payable detailed in your Letter of Offer and Student Agreement before your CoE can be issued.
  • Payments must be made using Flywire.
  • Flywire allows you to pay securely from banks worldwide offering competitive foreign exchange rates and no hidden fees.

To make a payment as a commencing student, please have a copy of your Letter of Offer and Student Agreement with you and follow the steps below:

  1. To make your payment, go to sihe.flywire.com
  2. Select the option for COMMENCING STUDENTS to start your payment
  3. Enter the country of origin and the payment amount as itemised on the Total Initial Fees and Charges Payable. On the next page, select your payment method.
  4. Enter information about who is making the payment (e.g. student, parent, guardian, etc.)
  5. Enter student information including your name, offer number, date of birth and email address to create your payment booking.
  6. Follow the payment instructions precisely provided to send funds to Flywire.

Upon payment of the Total Initial Fees and Charges Payable please email a signed copy of your Letter of Offer and Student Agreement to [email protected].


 

Continuing Students (for an existing student paying the regular semester fees)

  • You are required to pay your regular tuition semester fees in accordance with the payment schedule details in your Letter of Offer and Student Agreement.
  • Payments must be made using Flywire.
  • Payments must be made before the due date.

To make a payment as a continuing student, please have your SIHE student number with you and follow the steps below:

  1. To make your payment, go to sihe.flywire.com
  2. Select the option for CONTINUING STUDENTS to start your payment
  3. Enter the country of origin and the total payment amount, select your payment method.
  4. Enter information about who is making the payment (e.g. student, parent, guardian, etc.)
  5. Enter student information including your name, student ID number, date of birth and email address to create your payment booking.
  6. Follow the payment instructions precisely provided to send funds to Flywire.
